I am a certified Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor (HCHI) and I offer group and private
classes. You can find more information about Hypnobabies here. Classes are comparably priced with
local Bradley and HypnoBirthing classes.
Hypnobabies is a 6-week complete childbirth education course and a
course in self-hypnosis for childbirth. Classes are divided into one
3.5-hour class per week. That's a total of 21 in-class hours of
childbirth and self-hypnosis preparation for your beautiful birth!

Group classes are offered throughout the year and are hosted either in a mother/couple's home orvarious locations around the Houston metro area. The hosting family receives a discount on their
course fee, with the added benefit of not having to leave their home! For a class series to be confirmed a
minimum of three couples is required, with a maximum five couples. Please contact me for more
information and pricing. Please also let me know if you are interested in hosting a course (I offer a
discount for the hosting family).
Private Classes in Your Home
The same wonderful class, just tailored to your birth preparation and needs, and at a time and day that
works best for you! Please contact me for more information.
Hypnobabies Home Study Advantage Course
A 2 to 3 hour class for Hypnobabies Home Study families. In this class we fine tune your Hypnobabies
practice, review any course content you have questions or need additional information about, practice
all of your Hypnobabies tools and techniques, with a special focus on your Birth Partner getting
practice and feeling increasingly more confident in supporting you with your Hypnobabies practice,
view some Hypnobabies birth videos, and a birth rehearsal, using all of your tools and techniques in
combination with productive birth and pushing positions. Please contact me for more information and

As a birth doula, my goal is to help you discover your options and resources and to support you
emotionally as you prepare for your birth. Every mother deserves to feel loved, cherished, and
completely supported as she brings new life into the world!

2 Prenatal Visits (minimum) - Each visit is typically 2 hours long.
During these visits we will discuss ...
I am also happy to provide information about babywearing, show samples of different slings and carriers, and to provide information and a demonstration on cloth diapering, if you are interested.
The Birth - Unlimited service time.
I will be available to you 24/7 for the two weeks before and the week following your birth. As soon as
you are confident that your birthing time (labor) has begun I ask that you contact me. We will talk
about where you are in the process, helpful things to remember and what your options are at that stage
of your birthing time. Whenever and wherever you decide you want me with you, I will be there,
assisting with comfort measures, emotional and information support, hypnosis cues (if applicable), still
and/or video photography (when possible), and breastfeeding support immediately following the
birth, if desired.
1 Postpartum Visit - This visit is typically 2-3 hours long.
During this visit we will discuss how you are acclimating to your new addition, how your birth went,
baby soothing techniques (specifically Happiest Baby on the Block), and review any postpartum issues,
breastfeeding assistance, if desired, and overall how your new family is doing. I can also perform light
housekeeping upon request for an additional fee of $20/hr.
Please call for pricing and specials. I offer a discounted rate for families who would like to
combine two or more of my services.
Understanding that we all find ourselves in tough financial situations now and then, I am open to
working out a payment plan that fits your budget. I also offer discounts for combining services. Please
contact me to discuss this option.
